This past year, I worked with the Southern Aroostook Development Corporation to prepare for the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. Tens of thousands of spectators filled the small town of Houlton, Maine. I handled all social media outlets, hired vendors & entertainment, coordinated and fulfilled merchandise orders, and helped prepare the town’s infrastructure for the massive surge of tourists. I was even able to partake in a documentary that was filmed to mark the once in a lifetime phenomenon.
